After many months of excessive weather, global financial downturn and other less obvious speed bumps and challenges, we’re proud to arrive at the completion of our first stage of development with the opening of Building 1 and 2. It is fair to say the last 2 years haven’t really offered a client or developer’s ideal operational environment however with the closing process well underway we’re grateful to the overwhelming number of Balä Beach Resort clients supporting us as we complete all the smaller finishing details prior to the formal opening. We at Balä Beach Resort are very proud with how the overall master plan has evolved, in particular the amazing pool and amenities area in conjunction with the new and yet to be named beachfront restaurant.

Looking forward to 2012 we plan on commencing development of Stage 2, starting with the construction of Building 3. All necessary earthwork is already complete with major services extensions in place and ready for construction of the building itself. Stage 2 includes a significant addition to the existing amenities area – including additional pools – to expand on the high quality of services established in Stage 1. We have no doubt that all of our clients, whether short-term visitors or investors, will be enjoying many evenings sipping their favorite drink by the pool watching the sunset over the Caribbean.
